Tailor-made apartments

The first phase of the investment project will consist of 4 buildings with a total of 512 apartments. There will be units with one to four bedrooms, with sizes varying from 30 sqm to 106 sqm.
A further 486 apartments will be built in the second phase of the project. The rich offering will include both cozy two-bedroom apartments of 36 sqm, as well as large 106-sqm units.
In both phases, apartments with mezzanine floors will be created on the top floors. Future residents will also be able to use parking spaces in garage halls and on an outdoor car park.

The design of the Naramowice Odnova development refers to modern multi- and single-family housing in the surrounding areas, but also blends in perfectly with the green areas of this part of Poznań.
